The instructor is responsible for coordinating and implementing career preparation programs for new students in compliance with government directives. They will also develop lesson plans, conduct student assessments, and manage arrival activities for new enrollees.
Wage - $46,500 annually
Schedule – Full Time, 8hr shifts, Monday – Friday

You’ll be responsible for coordinating and implementing the career preparation period program for new students, in compliance with government and management directives.
1.
Develop, prepare, and deliver career preparation lessons; use a variety of teaching strategies to meet student learning needs.
2.
Recommend an appropriate training program for each assigned student, using background files, personal interviews, tests, and a variety of other assessment tools.
3.
Conduct pre-arrival contacts with potential enrollees; prepare and mail pre-arrival and safe arrival letters on a timely basis, and coordinate arrival activities with other center departments.
4.
Review and audit all assigned areas regularly for contractual compliance and effectiveness of delivery of services to student.
Prepare related reports.
5.
Participate in student employability programs and activities.
