The Goddard School of Conway is seeking a motivated, reliable, and caring Assistant Teacher! At our School, we put our teachers first because they put our students first. You'll support the Lead Teacher in creating engaging programs, managing the classroom and ensuring a safe, stimulating environment. Assistant Teacher Key Responsibilities: Assist the Lead Teacher in implementing age-appropriate lesson plans Support children’s social, emotional, cognitive and physical development through active engagement and positive interactions Prepare classroom materials and ensure a safe, clean and inviting learning environment Supervise and provide individualized support to children and foster a sense of belonging Assist in communicating with families about their child’s progress and daily activities Adhere to health and safety guidelines and licensing regulations to ensure a secure environment Support daily care routines and tasks to promote a nurturing learning environment
