The Youth Counselor provides direct supervision, advocacy, and trauma-informed support to adolescent youth in a residential setting. They facilitate social and life skills instruction while coordinating therapeutic activities and managing treatment plan goals.
The Key Program is seeking Youth Counselors (Residential Caseworkers) in Greenfield, MA, for our residential program, which serves adolescent youth referred by the MA Department of Children and Families (DCF). Join a dedicated team of supervisors, clinicians, occupational therapists, nurses, and direct care staff to maintain a trauma-sensitive, structured, and therapeutic environment where teens can thrive.
