As a part-time Health & Wellness team member, you will have the unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the communities we serve by fostering genuine connections, delivering exceptional hospitality, and creating a safe, positive, and enriching space where every interaction truly matters. This role offers an exciting opportunity to inspire and empower members through both personal training and Water Aerobics instruction as they work toward achieving their health and wellness goals. Through personalized, results-driven training sessions and engaging Water Aerobics classes, you will play a meaningful role in supporting participants on their wellness journey while fostering a fun, inclusive, and welcoming environment. In this role, you will contribute to the energy, growth, and success of a dynamic and expanding wellness program. In addition, you will foster genuine connections, deliver exceptional hospitality, and help cultivate a safe, positive, and motivating environment where every interaction is purposeful and impactful. Minimum Qualifications

Minimum Age: 18+ years old. Education & Experience: 2-to-4-year college degree in Physical Fitness, Kinesiology, or related field required. May provide Nationally Recognized Personal Training Certification in place of degree requirement. 2 years' experience in fitness industry preferred. Experience teaching line dancing classes and leading participants of varying skill levels desired. Related background in health and/or fitness.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a college degree in Physical Fitness, Kinesiology, or a related field, or possess a nationally recognized personal training certification. Additionally, applicants must have or be willing to obtain First Aid and CPR certifications and have at least 2 years of experience in the fitness industry.
