The instructor will teach private and semi-private swimming lessons to children and adults while modeling water safety. They are responsible for scheduling sessions directly with participants and helping them achieve their swimming goals.

Work Schedule: Variable including afternoons, evenings and weekends
Exposure to chlorinated water of varying temperatures, outdoor weather elements including high temperatures and bright sunlight, wind, light rain. Must be able to visionally see and hear swimmers and tolerate noise. Must be able to enter/exit pool using ladder and lift up to 50 lbs (and/or assist with lifting greater weights).
Candidates must have experience in swim coaching or teaching and possess valid CPR/AED and first-aid certifications. The role requires the ability to follow emergency action plans and maintain a professional, patient, and empathetic demeanor.
