This is a center-based Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) role serving children with an age range of 2-7 years, focused on early intervention, social development, and school readiness.

Required Fluent in English High school diploma or equivalent Willingness to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification Genuine interest in working actively and playfully with young children Reliable transportation to and from the center Preferred but Not Required Experience working with children Experience with developmental disabilities College coursework or a degree in psychology, education, early childhood development, special education, social work, or a related field
