  • Working directly within an assigned school, you will: Provide individual and small-group coaching using CHADS' Social Emotional Well-Being curriculum. Deliver targeted social-emotional learning interventions. Support educators with classroom strategies that promote engagement, emotional regulation, and resilience. Collaborate with administrators, counselors, and support teams to address student needs. Participate in student support and behavioral care team meetings. Engage parents and caregivers with resources and education. Facilitate staff training on student mental health and well-being. Maintain program fidelity, documentation, and outcome reporting. Meet performance goals and participate in ongoing supervision and professional development. Represent CHADS professionally within schools and the community. We're Looking for Someone Who... Qualifications

Required: Bachelor’s degree in education, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience working with youth in educational, behavioral health, or youth development settings. Experience supporting social-emotional learning or youth development. Strong communication, relationship-building, organization, and documentation skills. Ability to facilitate individual and group interventions. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual platforms. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Preferred

Master's degree in a related field. Experience working in K–12 schools. Experience delivering professional development to educators. Knowledge of trauma-informed practices, youth mental health, and suicide prevention. Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary school teams. This is a full-time, 9-month, school-based position that follows the academic calendar. Hours align with the school day, with occasional evening events, trainings, or family engagement activities. Some local travel may be required.

Starting Salary: $35,880+, based on experience

Requirements
