The Student Wellbeing Coach will provide social-emotional coaching and interventions directly to students within a school setting. They will also collaborate with educators and administrators to strengthen support systems and promote a positive school climate.

As a Student Wellbeing Coach, you'll be embedded in a partner school, helping students build resilience, supporting educators, and strengthening school culture through evidence-informed social-emotional wellness programs.
Required: Bachelor’s degree in education, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience working with youth in educational, behavioral health, or youth development settings. Experience supporting social-emotional learning or youth development. Strong communication, relationship-building, organization, and documentation skills. Ability to facilitate individual and group interventions. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual platforms. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Master's degree in a related field. Experience working in K–12 schools. Experience delivering professional development to educators. Knowledge of trauma-informed practices, youth mental health, and suicide prevention. Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary school teams. This is a full-time, 9-month, school-based position that follows the academic calendar. Hours align with the school day, with occasional evening events, trainings, or family engagement activities. Some local travel may be required.
Starting Salary: $35,880+, based on experience
