● Plan, implement, and assess comprehensive instruction and learning experiences for students. ● Utilize best practices in instructional strategies to facilitate student growth through instruction and assessment. ● Establish and communicate clear learning targets/objectives aligned to state content standards and/or the school’s mission and vision. ● Differentiate instruction and learning experiences to meet the needs of all students. ● Be willing and able to integrate learning experiences across content areas, where applicable. ● Be committed to the school’s mission and motto, “We are crew, not passengers,” uphold and develop its implementation within the school, and be willing to take on additional roles that help make the school a success. ● Maintain accurate and complete records of students' attendance and progress toward mastery of learning objectives. ● Maintain accurate and timely communication with students and families. ● Maintain a positive learning environment in the classroom through positive connections with students and the use of classroom norms and routines. ● Facilitate learning opportunities that integrate creativity, collaboration, critical thinking, communication, problem solving, global awareness, and other skills aligned to state and district standards. ● Support extracurricular activities such as social activities, sports, clubs and student organizations; participate in department and school staff meetings, parent meetings. ● Assist in other school programs and perform other duties, as assigned.

$1.00 USD - $150,000.00 USD Annual All salary amounts listed above are based on a full-time (1.0) FTE. If applicable, part-time salaries will be prorated according to the assigned FTE.

Candidates must hold a valid Colorado Department of Education teaching license and possess at least a bachelor's degree. Experience with project-based learning or expeditionary learning is preferred.
