Market context
In Illinois, lead infant and two's teacher roles are often shaped by steady demand for experienced early childhood educators who can support classroom routines, licensing expectations, and family communication. These positions are competitive because employers typically look for a CDA or ECE degree, at least 2 years of experience, and current CPR/First Aid, while benefits like health coverage, paid holidays, and a 401(k) match can influence offers. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to save time, then confirm your ECE credits and certification dates before applying.
