As a Support/Float Teacher, you will

Be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children across infant, toddler, preschool, and school-age classrooms as needed. Step in seamlessly to cover classrooms, breaks, and ratios throughout the day, adapting quickly to each age group's routines and needs. Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P curriculum using our fun and engaging characters, making TLE a place where learning is fun in every room you support. Build relationships with families and colleagues across the center, creating a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly. Communicate regularly with parents and lead teachers, helping ensure continuity and consistency for each child's day. Maintain classroom ratios, safety standards, and daily routines when moving between rooms.

Do You

Have a genuine passion for the education and care of children of all ages? Enjoy variety and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment? Have one year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months of professional teaching experience (required)? Have an associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree (preferred) or High school diploma/GED (required)?
