Sweet Peas @ Watermelon Swim is growing in Brooksville, and we’re hiring a Gymnastics Instructor to help take our program to the next level. If you love working with kids, staying active, and creating a fun, positive environment centered on child development, this could be the perfect fit.
Lead fun, safe Sweet Peas gymnastics classes using our established curriculum and lesson plans.
Teach
Skills: Teach age-appropriate motor skills through movement, games, and coordination circuits.
Engage
Families: Keep classes organized and encouraging while maintaining positive communication with families.
Safety
First: Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized gym environment.
Professional
Growth: Participate in training and coaching development as our program grows.
Part-time
Availability: Must be able to work at least 2 weekday evenings and Saturdays, including morning classes and hosting fun, active birthday parties in the afternoon.
Environment: Active gym setting; standing and moving most of the shift.
Physical
Requirements: Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
