We're looking for a Full-Time Pre-K Lead Teacher to join our team at Glassboro Child Development Centers. This position is responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing classroom where children can learn through play while reaching important developmental milestones.

Schedule Monday through Friday 40 hours per week (8-hour shifts) Non-Exempt Position Position begins August 31, 2026
Pay Starting at $20.65 per hour - Up to $826 per week Paid bi-weekly
What You'll Do Plan and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons and activities.
Foster children's social, emotional, physical, language, and cognitive development.
Create a safe, organized, and welcoming classroom environment.
Build positive relationships with children and their families.
Provide active supervision during indoor and outdoor activities.
Observe, assess, and document children's progress.
Mentor Assistant Teachers and support classroom volunteers.
Participate in parent conferences, staff meetings, and ongoing professional development.
Help maintain classroom materials and learning spaces.
Assist children with toileting and personal care routines as needed.
What We're Looking For Experience Three years of experience working with young children preferred.
Education CDA, Associate Degree, or at least 60 college credits preferred.
CPR/First Aid certification required (or ability to obtain).
We're looking for someone who is patient, energetic, dependable, and passionate about helping children succeed.
Strong communication skills, teamwork, and a positive attitude are a must!
