As a Second Shift Registered Nurse, you will play an essential role in caring for approximately 650 students from across the United States and more than 60 countries as they navigate the academic and residential experience at NMH. Working in our 24/7 O'Connor Health and Wellness Center, you will assess student health concerns, develop and implement treatment plans, administer medications, and provide compassionate inpatient care when needed. You'll collaborate closely with our physician, nurse practitioner, counselors, and fellow nursing staff to ensure coordinated, student-centered care while maintaining accurate electronic medical records. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact during some of the most important years in a young person's life while working alongside an experienced and supportive healthcare team. This second shift position includes a generous shift differential, every other weekend during the academic year, and time off during the November, December, and March school breaks.

This is an academic year position, with school breaks and summer off. 10 hour shifts 1p-10p, 4 days a week with every other weekend required.
Candidates must hold a current Registered Nurse license in Massachusetts and possess three to five years of experience in emergency, adolescent, or family medicine. Strong clinical assessment, communication, and computer skills are required for this role.
