About the role

The BCBA will conduct functional behavior assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide clinical supervision to RBTs and BTs. They will also collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and provide education to parents and caregivers to ensure comprehensive care.

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you'll work alongside Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, Physical Therapists, and Nursing professionals in a collaborative, interdisciplinary environment focused on helping children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities reach their full potential.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Qualifications Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field Current Texas Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification through the BACB Two (2) years of BCBA experience preferred Strong clinical leadership, communication, and organizational skills Passion for providing family-centered, evidence-based ABA therapy Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Responsibilities Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and behavioral evaluations Develop individualized ABA treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Provide clinical supervision, training, and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs) Mentor Behavior Analysts in Training (BATs) and BCaBAs Monitor client progress through data-driven decision-making and adjust treatment plans as needed Provide parent and caregiver education to promote success across environments Collaborate with Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, Nursing, and other disciplines to provide comprehensive care Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with BACB and organizational standards

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's degree in a relevant field and possess a current Texas Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) and BCBA certification. Two years of experience is preferred, along with strong leadership and organizational skills.
