Provide individual and group career coaching to students, including job search strategies, resume critiques, and mock interviews. Manage and support career-focused events, programs, and departmental outreach initiatives while tracking student placement data.

Bachelor’s degree (foreign equivalent or higher). Two (2) years of full time administrative experience (student experience may be considered).
Master's degree (foreign equivalent or higher). Experience working with a diverse college population. Experience with recruiting or career/academic coaching. Experience designing and delivering presentations. Experience coordinating and/or assisting with events. Experience with technology applications, such as online career research databases, career networking sites or web-based recruitment systems.
$60,000 + $4,000 Location Pay = $64,000 Total Compensation In addition to the employee's base salary, this position is eligible for $4,000 UUP annual location pay, paid biweekly.
This has been designated as an essential position based on the duties of the job and the functions performed. Positions that are designated as such may be required to report to work/remain at work even if classes are canceled, and the campus is working on limited operations in an emergency.
