This position follows a hybrid schedule of three days per week in our Brooklyn Park clinic and two days per week working remotely.
Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, including FBAs, to identify client needs and treatment goals Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans and behavior intervention plans (BIPs) Provide direct supervision and clinical oversight to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and BT staff Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to drive clinical decision-making and program adjustments Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent implementation of programming Deliver parent and caregiver training to support generalization of skills across home and community settings Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with BACB ethics and insurance
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing with the BACB Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field Experience conducting FBAs and developing individualized ABA programs for diverse populations Proficiency in supervising RBTs and behavior technicians in accordance with BACB supervision standards Strong data analysis skills and experience with ABA data collection platforms Excellent communication and collaboration skills with families and interdisciplinary teams Ability to work independently and manage a caseload across hybrid, or in-person settings Licensed as a Behavior Analyst in the State of Minnesota About Us: Neurolink Academy is a dedicated provider of Applied Behavior Analysis services based in Brooklyn Park, MN, committed to empowering individuals with autism and developmental differences to reach their fullest potential.
