The Per Diem Backup CNA Instructor serves as flexible coverage for CI-ION’s Nursing Assistant Training Program. Assignments are offered on an as-needed basis and may include theory instruction, clinical supervision, or both, depending on program needs. This role requires a highly reliable, tech-proficient professional who can step in on short notice and deliver quality instruction consistent with CI-ION standards and CDPH requirements.

Compensation & benefits
Pay Schedule: Weekly — every Friday via ADP direct deposit
Sick Leave: Accrual method — 1 hour per 30 hours worked (CA SB 616); eligible after 90 calendar days
Per CA law — 1.5x over 8 hrs/day or 40 hrs/week; 2x over 12 hrs/day
This is a per diem, non-exempt hourly position. No guaranteed hours, minimum shifts, or additional benefits are included.
