Market context

Indiana LPN training roles stay selective

In Indiana, roles that combine LPN licensure with train-the-trainer credentials tend to be competitive because employers need candidates who can both deliver clinical instruction and meet screening requirements. Demand is often tied to healthcare staffing, onboarding, and skills training needs, so applicants with adult-education experience and current Indiana credentials may stand out. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits on this platform to save time, then confirm your Core A/B certification status and prepare examples of teaching adult learners.
