The GSRP Lead Teacher is responsible for planning and implementing daily lessons while conducting child observations and assessments. They must also collaborate with the classroom team to ensure high-quality instruction and maintain compliance with GSRP standards.
The Great Start Readiness Program (GSRP) is Michigan's state-funded, nationally recognized, Pre-K program for 4-year-old children. The GSRP Teacher is responsible for all aspects of planning, assessing and instructing 4-year old's, based on needs of each child, and the requirements of the GSRP grant.
