About the role

Provide one-on-one, play-based ABA therapy services to pediatric and adolescent patients following behavior intervention plans. Track patient progress through data collection and maintain professional communication with clinical management and families.

Job Description

Whether entry-level to the field of ABA or well versed as a RBT, we encourage all candidates to apply and support our mission of helping children with autism build skills for a lifetime of success! We have immediate openings for Full-time (Monday-Friday 7:30am-6:30pm operating hours) positions and will assist you through the RBT certification process! As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) you will provide one-on-one, play-based, ABA therapy services to pediatric and adolescent patients with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Under the supervision of a BCBA, teammates will follow Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and help patients further develop communication, motor skills, academic readiness, social skills, and independence.

Responsibilities
