As a Lead Preschool Teacher working with 2 – 5 year old's at Primrose of Manhattan at East 82nd Street, you’ll create a fun, safe environment with a daily schedule designed to develop children’s confidence and independence. You’ll help guide these little ones through small group instruction as they grow their ability to absorb new content and understand increasingly complex information.

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.

  • Work with your co-teacher to implement the lesson plans from the research-informed Balanced Learning® curriculum.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field and possess a valid NYS B-2 Teaching Certificate. At least two years of classroom teaching experience and current CPR/First Aid certification are required.
