Family Location: Excelsior, MN
We are a family of four, Mom, Dad, and our two boys, ages 9 and 7. Above all else, we are most proud of raising kind, empathetic children who treat others with respect and compassion. We are a fun, active family with a busy schedule centered around our boys' traveling sports, and while life is often on the go, we truly love it. Family is incredibly important to us, and we're fortunate to have many relatives nearby who are a big part of our lives. Our boys are very social and love spending time with friends, whether it's hosting playdates, sharing meals, or playing outside. We're looking for someone who will enjoy becoming a positive and dependable part of our active, family-oriented home.
We're looking for someone who is honest, responsible, and reliable, with excellent communication skills and a commitment to open, transparent communication. Our ideal nanny has an outgoing personality and enjoys keeping up with two active, energetic, and fun-loving boys. Someone who can be silly and playful when appropriate, while also setting clear expectations and earning the boys' respect through consistency, kindness, and confidence, would be a great fit for our family.
Your day will begin around 3:15–3:30 p.m., just before the boys arrive home from the bus between 3:35 and 3:45 p.m. You'll greet them after school, take them to the library to complete homework, and help keep their afternoon routine organized and productive. When one parent is traveling, you'll also assist with transportation to sports practices and other activities. A valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and willingness to use your own car for transporting the children are required.
