• Training: Must be a born-again Christian. Must be a credible Christian role model whose godly lifestyle and character demonstrate obedience to God and the Holy Bible. Must be able to support and comply with the school’s Statement of Faith and Christian Conduct. Must be a member of an evangelical, Bible-believing church. Must have sufficient health and physical endurance to be able to complete the assigned responsibilities. Must possess the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with school administrators, parents, and students. Must have good verbal,written and interpersonal communication skills. Able to work well independently, manage time well, and handle multiple tasks. Ability to follow verbal and written directions. Ability to receive and implement contructive feedback. Ability to work efficiently and quickly under pressure. Has a positive attitude toward work ethic,learning and development. Self-motivated, creative, innovative, and strategic thinking ability. Ability to work well with children of various ages. Understands the importance of academic disciplines and issues. Consistent, reliable attendance at practices, games, and other events. Flexible and adaptive to change. High School Diploma Basic knowledge of rules and fundamentals for sport Previous coaching experience at middle school or higher level preferred Must possess effective coaching techniques and skills. Successful completion of NFHS “Fundamental of Coaching” and “First Aid, Health, & Safety for Coaches” courses First Aid/CPR Certificate. TB clearance within the last four years. • DEMANDS: Standing/walking (70%), lifting (20%), climbing (4%), bending (4%), squatting (2%). Must be able to lift 15-75 pounds.

• ENVIRONMENT: Work environment includes indoor and outdoor environments, including football field, grass areas and gym. Shared space may be required; moderate to high noise levels commensurate to a gym/outdoor/playground environment.
