The Behavior Interventionist provides 1

1 support to children and teens with developmental disabilities by implementing ABA treatment plans. They are responsible for tracking progress, collecting data, and collaborating with supervisors and families to ensure consistent therapy.

Compensation, Schedule & Incentives • Pay Range

  • $20.00-$25.00/per hour, based on experience and education
  • Part-Time
  • Start: Positions begin part-time with a minimum of 15-20 hours per week required
  • Path to
  • Full-Time: Opportunity to expand into full-time hours depending on center needs and your availability
  • Hiring Bonus
  • $300 for part-time employees after completing 150 clinical hours within 6 months
  • $600 for part-time employees after completing 300 clinical hours within 6 months
  • Additional Pay Incentives
  • +$2/hour for weekend shifts
  • +$5/hour for company-observed holidays

Schedule Needs

Monday-Friday between the hours of 3: 00pm – 8:00pm

Saturdays & Sundays between the hours of 9: 00am -2:00pm

  • Who We’re Looking For
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • A genuine passion for helping children and teens grow
  • Reliable transportation
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency required. Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish, including speaking, reading, and writing, to support clients and families, complete required documentation, participate in training, and collaborate with supervisors and team members.

Your Role: Making a Lasting Impact

As a Behavior Interventionist, you’ll do more than provide care you’ll empower children and teens to grow, learn, and thrive.

Your key responsibilities include

  • 1:1 Client Support – Work directly with children and teens with Autism and other developmental disabilities (Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, ADHD, OCD, and more).
  • Implement ABA Treatment Plans – Follow individualized plans under BCBA supervision to teach skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and improve quality of life.
  • Provide Consistent Therapy – Commit to at least 15 scheduled therapy hours per week to ensure steady progress.
  • Track Progress – Collect and record data to measure growth and guide next steps.
  • Foster Learning and Growth – Use structured activities and interactive approaches to help clients reach their full potential.
  • Collaborate as a Team – Work closely with supervisors, families, and colleagues to achieve the best outcomes.
  • Maintain Professional Standards – Follow HIPAA, mandated reporting, and company policies to protect and support the families you serve.
