Our organization is seeking two dedicated Early Childhood Teachers to join an Illinois elementary school team for full-time classroom positions. This opportunity is ideal for an educator who enjoys creating engaging, nurturing learning experiences and supporting the academic, social, and developmental growth of preschool-aged students.
As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will lead instruction in a blended preschool classroom environment, providing developmentally appropriate lessons, fostering positive classroom relationships, and creating a supportive space where young learners can explore, grow, and build essential skills for future success.
Support preschool students in a blended classroom environment. Create a welcoming, structured, and inclusive classroom experience. Full-time teaching opportunities within an Illinois elementary school setting. Collaborate with educators, families, and school staff to support student growth. Develop engaging activities that promote early academic and social development.
Strong communication, classroom management, and collaboration skills. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field Learning Behavior Specialist (LBS1) endorsement preferred, but not required. Active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with Early Childhood endorsement required.
