Plan and implement age-appropriate, play-based curriculum for 3K students aligned with NYS early childhood learning standards Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and development Monitor and document student progress, development milestones, and behavioral observations Communicate regularly with families regarding student growth, daily activities, and classroom updates Collaborate with assistant teachers and support staff to maintain a structured and nurturing daily routine Facilitate social-emotional learning and conflict resolution among young learners Maintain classroom materials, supplies, and a clean, organized learning space
