The AP English Teacher will provide personalized, one-on-one instruction while adapting lessons to meet individual student needs and social-emotional growth. They are also responsible for building partnerships with parents and collaborating with colleagues to contribute to the campus culture.

What We're Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in English required and 3 years of honors teaching experience; advanced degrees or a teaching credential is a plus.
Ability and willingness to teach a wide range of AP English courses (AP Language and Composition and AP Literature), following content standards — curriculum and resources provided.
Experience working with students, including those with learning differences, neurodiversity, accelerated learning needs, and/or mental health challenges.
Mentoring experience and a passion for social-emotional learning.
Outgoing, adaptable, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, student-centered environment.
Skilled with technology, curious about innovation, and open to learning new tools.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
A growth mindset with the flexibility to pivot and problem-solve as needed.
