The Substitute Teacher will provide personalized, one-on-one instruction while adapting lessons to meet individual student needs. They are also responsible for mentoring students, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with colleagues to support campus culture.

What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees or a teaching credential is a plus.
Ability and willingness to substitute a wide range of courses, following sub-notes & content standards — curriculum and resources provided.
Experience working with students, including those with learning differences, neurodiversity, accelerated learning needs, and/or mental health challenges.
Mentoring experience and a passion for social-emotional learning.
Outgoing, adaptable, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, student-centered environment.
Skilled with technology, curious about innovation, and open to learning new tools.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
A growth mindset with the flexibility to pivot and problem-solve as needed.
