The Assistant Men’s & Women’s Cross Country and Track & Field Coach supports competitive programs that promote student-athlete development, academic achievement, retention, and athletic success. The position assists with practices, competitions, recruitment, team travel, program administration, fundraising, and community engagement while representing Flagler College professionally. All responsibilities must be performed in accordance with College policies and applicable conference and NCAA Division II rules.
