ABA Solutions is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing Gulf Coast team serving children and families throughout the Bradenton area. This position offers the opportunity to provide services across our Bradenton clinic, local schools, and home settings while working alongside experienced BCBAs who are committed to your success.

Clinical Support & Growth Opportunities RBTs at ABA Solutions receive ongoing clinical support designed to help them succeed and grow. Our team provides: Regular supervision from experienced BCBAs Practicum-approved supervisors for those pursuing BCBA certification Opportunities to work alongside student analysts and developing clinicians Collaboration with teachers, caregivers, speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, and multidisciplinary teams Centralized caseloads whenever possible to reduce travel Free in-house BACB Type 2 CEUs Ongoing mentorship and career development opportunities

What You'll Do Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children and adolescents Implement individualized treatment plans developed by supervising BCBAs Collect and accurately document session data Teach communication, social, behavioral, adaptive, and daily living skills Collaborate with caregivers, teachers, and clinical supervisors Maintain documentation according to clinical and funding requirements Support skill generalization across multiple environments

Where You'll Work Clinic Services Provide ABA therapy in our Bradenton clinic located at 4418 5th Street West, Bradenton, FL 34207, working alongside a collaborative team of BCBAs and fellow RBTs in a structured clinical environment.

School-Based Services Support elementary, middle, and high school students during the school day by implementing behavior intervention plans, promoting classroom participation, and helping students develop communication, social, and adaptive skills.

Home-Based Services Provide individualized ABA therapy in clients' homes while partnering with caregivers to promote skill generalization and meaningful progress across daily routines.

Qualifications

Active RBT certification in good standing with the BACB, or willingness to obtain certification Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred Comfortable working with elementary through high school-aged students Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Reliable transportation for travel between service locations Passion for providing compassionate, high-quality ABA services
