Implement Montessori principles and practices to maintain a thoughtfully prepared Primary classroom (ages 3–6) Develop and present individualized lessons using Montessori materials and methods Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages independence, concentration, and respectful collaboration Observe, assess, and document student progress to support each child’s academic and developmental growth Provide constructive guidance and support to help students reach their full potential Collaborate with classroom assistants, fellow guides, and administration Communicate effectively and professionally with parents to support each child’s educational journey and well-being
Montessori Primary Certification (AMI, AMS, or equivalent) preferred Bachelor’s degree in Education, Child Development, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of early childhood teaching experience required Experience in a Montessori Primary classroom or with young children strongly preferred Strong observation, communication, and interpersonal skills Demonstrated passion for working with children and commitment to Montessori philosophy
