Market context

Maryland school SLP fellow roles are competitive

In Maryland schools, Clinical Fellow Speech-Language Pathologist roles are often driven by student service needs and the availability of candidates who can complete a Clinical Fellowship Year. These positions are competitive because districts typically look for a master’s degree, licensure eligibility, and strong collaboration skills; benefits commonly include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and paid time off. Review the posting carefully and confirm your CFY eligibility and Maryland licensure path, and note that the requirements and benefits here are AI-summarized from the original job description to save research time.
