Implement direct speech-language therapy and treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed SLP Document treatment sessions and progress reports accurately Update student progress biannually Assist with scheduling IEP meetings and maintaining speech files Perform other related duties as assigned by management
Active California SLPA License Associate’s Degree in Speech Pathology or Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Disorders Bilingual in English and Spanish (required) Strong ability to build rapport with students, families, and school staff Excellent written and verbal communication skills Positive, collaborative demeanor with a passion for working with diverse student populations Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize responsibilities effectively Compensation $37–$47 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
