York County Community Action Corp. (YCCAC) is seeking Qualified Classroom Substitutes to support our Head Start classrooms on an as‑needed basis. This role is ideal for early childhood professionals who enjoy flexibility, value teamwork, and are passionate about supporting young children and families. As a Classroom Substitute, you’ll step in to ensure continuity of care, maintain safe and nurturing environments, and help children thrive during their school day.
Candidates must hold an Infant/Toddler or Preschool CDA and are preferred to have an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education. Applicants should have at least 3 years of center-based experience and the ability to pass all required background checks and physical exams.
