Care! Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child. Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
Help! Supports Teachers/Assistant Teachers by setting up for, and cleaning up after breakfast, lunch, and snack. Clean and sanitize the classroom as needed.
Engage! Develop your ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, as well as effectively communicate with families.
Learn! Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and child development topics.
