We are seeking dedicated Special Education Teachers / Case Managers to join our middle and high school teams in Hinsdale, NH. These roles focus on supporting students with diverse learning needs through individualized instruction, case management, and collaboration with staff and families.

Available Roles

Middle School (Grades 6–7) – Special Education Teacher / Case Manager Middle/High School (Grade 8, Life Skills Program) – Special Education Teacher / Case Manager (Life Skills)

Responsibilities

Develop and implement IEPs aligned with student needs. Provide direct instruction and support in inclusive and specialized settings. Manage caseloads and maintain accurate documentation. Collaborate with general education teachers, specialists, and families. Support student growth, independence, and academic success.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or related field (Master’s preferred). Valid New Hampshire teaching certification in Special Education. Experience working with middle and/or high school students. Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
