This position is eligible for a signing bonus totaling $2,500, paid in installments as follows: $500 after 30 days of employment, $1,000 after 90 days of employment, and $1,000 after 6 months of employment. Must be at least 18 years old, have an awarded high school diploma or GED, AND have one of the following: Completed 12 Core Early Childhood Education (ECE) Units, including 3 Infant Toddler ECE Units OR An awarded Child Development Associate (CDA) in Infant Toddler. A minimum of 6 months prior teaching experience in a licensed childcare center. A nurturing personality with patience, flexibility, and a genuine love for working with babies.
