Implement lesson plans and instructional activities provided by the regular classroom teacher.
Maintain a positive, respectful, and productive learning environment that supports student success.
Supervise students throughout the school day, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
Manage classroom behavior in accordance with school policies and expectations.
Take attendance and maintain accurate records as required.
Provide instruction, answer student questions, and assist students with assigned classroom work.
Supervise students during transitions, recess, lunch, or other assigned duties as directed.
Adapt to varying grade levels, subject areas, and classroom settings.
Maintain confidentiality regarding students and school information.
