Chesterbrook Academy is seeking a creative and passionate Preschool Assistant Teacher (3 year old classroom) to join our team of dedicated educators!
Our preschool program provides a balance of learning and play, helping children build the academic and social skills that prepare them for Pre-K and beyond.
As a Preschool Assistant Teacher, you’ll inspire curiosity, nurture confidence, and create meaningful learning experiences that make every day exciting and purposeful for young learners.

Must be at least 18 years old and meet state licensing requirements. CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education preferred. Previous experience in a licensed childcare center. Strong communication skills, reliability, and a nurturing, enthusiastic personality. Signing Bonus: This position is eligible for a signing bonus totaling $500, paid after 90 days of employment. All bonus payments are subject to standard tax withholdings.
