About the role

Provide a warm, responsive, and engaging classroom experience that supports each infant's individual developmental needs. Build strong, trusting relationships with families through daily communication and maintain a safe, stimulating environment.

Spring Education Group’s Early Childhood Education Division includes nearly 150 schools offering services from infant care through Pre-K/K programs, as well as summer camp and after-school programs.

Our locations span a nationwide geographic footprint and a diverse array of pedagogical approaches — including our proprietary Links to Learning curriculum that draws from the collective expertise of renowned early-age educators such as Dewey, Piaget and Vygotsky; Montessori schools that embrace both accredited Montessori methods – AMI (Association Montessori Internationale) and AMS (American Montessori Society); and progressive language immersion programs in Mandarin and Spanish.

Signing Bonus: This position in eligible for a signing bonus totaling $1,000, paid in installments as follows: $750 after 90 days of employment and $250 after 6 months of employment.

All bonus payments are subject to standard tax withholdings.

Chesterbrook Academy is seeking a loving and attentive Infant Lead Teacher to join our team.

As an Infant Lead Teacher, you’ll have the opportunity to: Provide a warm, responsive, and engaging classroom experience that supports each child’s individual needs.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old. Have an awarded associate’s degree in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education, or the human services Field AND 2 years of previous experience working with children. Requirements

Candidates must hold an associate's degree in early childhood education or a related field and possess at least 2 years of experience working with children. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
