The Assistant Coach supports the head coach in organizing daily practices, game preparation, and off-season training for the women's wrestling program. They are also responsible for recruiting student-athletes and providing mentorship while ensuring compliance with NCAA and conference regulations.

A bachelor's degree is required for this position. Candidates must possess knowledge of wrestling techniques, NCAA Division III rules, and demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills.
