The Preschool Lead Teacher will provide a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment for children aged two to five. They are responsible for implementing daily routines, facilitating educational activities, and maintaining a positive relationship with students, parents, and staff.

The Preschool Lead Teacher will partner in the discipleship and instruction of students to provide a high-quality education with the Gospel and a Biblical Worldview as its foundation.
A valid CDA Credential/AA Degree (or related to that in early childhood/education field) is preferred. The candidate must have a competent understanding of early childhood instruction. Health and Welfare Background Check. Must have CPR/First Aid in pediatric/adult; or desire to obtain within the first few months of employment. Year Round schedule. Must be an active member of a local, gospel-preaching, Biblically-based church. 7:30am-4:30pm Monday through Friday.
