About the role

The Behavior Analyst will develop, implement, and adjust individualized behavioral plans to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. They will work within an interdisciplinary team to provide behavior skills training and performance feedback to caregivers.

Our mission is to enhance the lives of adults with intellectual disabilities by promoting their health and safety, ensuring dignified care, bringing joy, increasing independence, and supporting them in living normal routines within their homes and community. We aim to help our residents overcome problem behaviors and achieve their personal goals. Attain, Inc. serves over 120 clients and employees approximately 400 employees.

What We Offer

What We're Looking For

A committed Behavior Analyst ready to develop, implement, and adjust behavioral plans and interventions.

A team player eager to work as part of an interdisciplinary team and in close collaboration with our Clinical Director.

Someone passionate about contributing to the well-being and development of adults with intellectual disabilities.

Location

Services are to be provided within the community-based day program and residential settings in Greater Orlando and Lake County Areas.

Salary

Up to $95,000 salary plus full benefits.

BCBAs are eligible for performance bonuses Monthly/quarterly to for a salary and performance bonuses up to $95,000 Annually.

Requirements

The ideal candidates will possess current credentials as a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) with a minimum of 3 year experience post BCBA certification working with people with intellectual disabilities, autism ad other developmental disabilities.
