Position Summary

This position provides case management, family advocacy and education to families in assigned caseload by providing and linking families to comprehensive services including home visits and socialization activities. Works with typically and atypically developing children and their families in a home based setting. May be reassigned to different caseload/geographic location within a county as deemed necessary for program operation.

Requirements

Candidates must possess at least a high school diploma or GED along with a relevant child development credential or degree in a related field. The role requires a valid driver's license, personal vehicle insurance, and the ability to obtain First Aid and CPR certifications.
