The educator will supervise and engage students in TK-8th grade by leading structured recreational and enrichment activities. They are also responsible for maintaining safety, managing student behavior, and documenting attendance and incident reports.

In this role, you will be part of an on-call talent pool ready to step in and cover dynamic after-school enrichment programs as needed. Before joining the active roster, candidates must complete an onboarding and verification process to ensure they are fully prepared to jump into active classrooms at a moment’s notice. On-Call / Flexible / As Needed (Monday – Friday, afternoon hours depending on program demand).
Candidates must be at least 18 years old and willing to complete 3 hours of online training. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required to effectively manage classrooms and collaborate with the team.
