Academies of Math and Science English Language Development Teacher (K–8) Location: Near West 6th Avenue and W Broadway Rd.
Use AMS curriculum standards to teach students above and below grade level through differentiated instruction Attend weekly professional development sessions and collaborate in grade-level or content-area professional learning communities Communicate effectively with parents and lead parent-student-teacher conferences to promote student progress and achievement Collaborate with administrators and staff to create a positive, supportive learning environment that addresses academic and behavioral needs Use measurable data to monitor and enrich student progress with visible results Work collaboratively with school and network teams to improve instructional practices and ensure ongoing academic success Use PBIS and preventative intervention strategies to guide students in developing social and emotional skills essential for lifelong learning

Our comprehensive compensation package includes: Base salary: $48,331.25 – $54,571.89 year-round (DOE) 401(k) retirement plan with employer match Free medical, dental, short- and long-term disability, and life insurance (valued at $5,328) Optional low-cost vision insurance Performance bonuses averaging $2,200 per year (up to $3,400) Professional development and coaching throughout the school year Additional stipends averaging $2,300 for afterschool intervention/tutoring and $2,000 for leading clubs or sports
