About the role

Design and implement interactive, age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional growth in infants. Build positive partnerships with families and work collaboratively with co-teachers to ensure an exceptional learning experience.

Chesterbrook Academy Preschool is seeking a loving and attentive Infant Assistant Teacher to join our team.

Our infant program provides a safe, nurturing environment where the youngest learners can explore, grow, and reach important developmental milestones — all while feeling secure and supported.

As an Infant Assistant Teacher, you’ll have the opportunity to: Provide a warm, responsive, and engaging classroom experience that supports each child’s individual needs.

Build strong, trusting relationships with families through daily communication and care updates.

Create a safe and stimulating classroom environment where infants can develop curiosity, confidence, and early learning skills.

Collaborate with your teaching team to maintain consistent routines, meet licensing standards, and uphold our school’s commitment to excellence.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old 6 months of teaching experience in a licensed preschool or early childhood center. Must be available to work 12:00-6:00 PM, Monday - Friday CDA preferred A nurturing personality with patience, flexibility, and a genuine love for working with babies. Requirements
