Use a range of teaching strategies and digital tools to create an interactive and supportive online classroom.

Plan and communicate clear course schedules, detailing lesson content and assessment timelines.

Set meaningful homework, design and administer assessments, and give constructive feedback that encourages student growth.

Required Qualifications A minimum of 5 years' teaching experience at high school (Grades 9–12) in a school setting (please note that, while valuable, tutoring experience cannot be counted towards this requirement).
A Bachelor's degree or higher in Spanish or a related field.
Exceptional communication skills for effective interaction with students, parents, and the CGA team.
Familiarity with online teaching platforms and a passion for innovative, technology-enabled education.
Native or near-native fluency in Spanish, together with knowledge of a recognised high school world-language curriculum.
A recognised teaching qualification (e.g. a postgraduate certificate in education, a teaching degree, or a teaching license). Previous online teaching experience. Experience teaching Spanish to second-language learners within a US high school diploma or similar international program.
