Lakeside School, an independent 5-12 coeducational day school located in North Seattle is currently recruiting for Middle School Cross Country Coaches. Practices are scheduled to begin the week of August 24, 2026, and the season concludes in late October.
These coaches, reporting to the head varsity girls soccer coach and Assistant Director of Athletics - Middle School, will join an athletics program that includes 26 varsity teams, most of which have both sub-varsity and middle-school counterparts. The girls soccer program supports Upper School teams, as well as several teams at the Middle School. These coaches will be responsible for coaching duties with their team, as well as other program-wide duties as assigned by the head varsity coach or the Assistant Director of Athletics - Middle School. $1,200-$1,500 We offer a stipend schedule that compares favorably with peer schools and clubs both locally and nationally. Coaching stipends are paid in monthly installments during the primary competition seasons. Other benefits include Lakeside Athletics apparel and access to funds for professional development.
