Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to clients under the ongoing supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). In this role, you will implement individualized behavior intervention and skill-acquisition plans, collect accurate session data, and support clients in building communication, social, play, daily living, and independence skills. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work with children and wants to make a meaningful difference while growing in the behavioral health field. Essential Responsibilities · Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in accordance with treatment plans developed and supervised by a BCBA. · Implement skill-acquisition programs targeting communication, social, play, self-help, and daily living skills. · Implement behavior intervention strategies and reinforcement procedures as written in each client’s plan. · Collect accurate, objective data during each session and document client progress in a timely manner. · Follow prompting, fading, task analysis, natural environment teaching, and other ABA-based teaching procedures as trained. · Support clients during therapy sessions while maintaining a safe, supportive, and respectful environment. · Communicate professionally with supervisors, caregivers, and team members regarding client progress and session updates. · Maintain client confidentiality and complete documentation in accordance with company policy and applicable privacy requirements. · Participate in required supervision, competency checks, team meetings, and ongoing training.

Minimum Qualifications

· High school diploma or GED required. · Current RBT certification preferred; candidates pursuing certification may be considered based on company requirements. · Ability to work under the close, ongoing supervision of a BCBA or other qualified supervisor. · Experience working with children, individuals with autism, developmental disabilities, or behavioral health needs preferred. · Ability to follow written treatment protocols, collect data accurately, and maintain professional boundaries. · Dependable attendance, strong communication skills, patience, and a willingness to learn. · Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and participate in active, play-based therapy sessions as needed.

Preferred Background Helpful experience may include childcare, teaching, paraprofessional work, tutoring, coaching, camp counseling, direct support, behavioral health, special education, psychology, education, or related fields. Prior ABA experience is a plus, but a strong desire to learn and support clients is equally valued.
